General Terms and Acceptance

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts — using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a direct violation of tbagee's terms and conditions and may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

Password and Account Protection

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

Verification Process

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, tbagee may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card) at any time. If the required documents are not submitted in a timely manner, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

tbagee reserves the right to temporarily hold unusual or suspicious transactions for investigation.

Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on tbagee are provided under specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — giving a total of ৳37,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• A player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Terms

• Once a bonus has been credited to your account, it must be used within the specified time limit.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory for any winnings earned through a bonus before withdrawal.
• tbagee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account in question will be closed.

VIP Program Terms

tbagee's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits and special privileges apply at each tier.

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier is based on consistent activity and regular participation. VIP benefits apply to active accounts only. tbagee reserves the right to change the VIP program terms without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbagee platform. Involvement in such activities may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using any automated software, bots, or algorithms to play games.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
